Well, one time we went down to our property and we invited Mel and Jay. When we got there there was a huge black beetle with pinchers on the screen door. Mel and I killed it with some bug spray. Later that night we were all sitting around the campfire.Mel had told me the movie “the blur witch “was really scary to her. I thought it was stupid. Anyway, Mel fell out early and went to bed. Of course I got bored. So I started making things out grass and sticks. Then I got the ideal to scare Mel. I took the bug we killed and wrapped it in a stick and grass Coffin and set it on the bricks around the fire pit. I made stick dolls to hang from the trees and small rock piles just like in the movie blur witch. If you’ve seen the movie you know what I’m talking about. The morning Mel got up she saw what I did . I acted like I knew nothing about it. But deep down I was laughing my head off. She was flapping out. She couldn’t believe someone would take the time to make all these things and wrapped up the bug we killed. She was scared and everyone else was laughing inside.

Driving out west every summer.
